The record

A store selling cigarettes or tobacco products in Texas holds a retailer permit from the Comptroller, one per location. The Comptroller publishes the active permits.

Status

Active cigarette / tobacco retailer permit. One record per outlet: a chain appears once for each store.

What is not here

Individuals, and any name without a company word (Inc, LLC, Corp, Co…). Owner and contact names, phone numbers and mailing addresses, which this site never downloads.
